One of my goals for this year is to be healthier/more active (real original, I know) and I really want to get back into yoga. And find some prenatal yoga classes. Breathing is central to yoga. Not only to center yourself but I find it calming, too. Which is the second reason I chose this word.
The calming factor. I will need to use breathing exercises when this little baby makes its debut. Focus and calm. That’s the goal. Breathe.
I have a few things coming up this summer that I am already stressing about. Which is making it hard to get excited for them. I need to breathe and let the things happen that are out of my control.
I’m hoping this word will help me become a more calm and peaceful person. Even for a minute before I let myself freak out all over again. Baby steps.
